The Premium Chardonnay blends the merry and cheerful aromas of spring field flowers with the serious, substantive and strong flavors of yellow summer fruit, particularly apricot and peach and an almost chablis-esque minerality and purity. It is fresh, crisp and creamy at the same time, with only a hint of spicy wood.
This Chardonnay can be enjoyed with oysters, sea urchins, scallops as well as white-fleshed fish and big crustaceans. As any other mineral Chardonnay, Belje’s premium Chardonnay is also a great match for cured meat and rich cheese.
