It has a delicate and transparent salmon pink colour, with a subtle and layered aroma that intertwines fresh raspberry and pomegranate fruitiness with herbal, citrus and yeasty notes. The taste is juicy, intense and long-lasting, with a slightly pronounced freshness.
It is an excellent choice for pairing with light salads, pasta dishes, lightly grilled fish, as well as seafood, salmon or tender red meat. It pairs exceptionally well with goat cheese, feta or young creamy cheeses.
