Kulenova seka is a new product from the line of Delicacies with the Taste of Tradition. The traditional recipe and the best raw-materials, as well as the great attention paid to the production process make this product a premium delicacy.
Belje is the largest producer of Baranya kulen in Croatia and with Kulenova seka it has expanded its delicatessen assortment. The rounded-off production process of this traditional delicacy starts with agricultural production at Belje’s own fields and farms. Kulenova seka is produced of the best parts of pork filled in a natural casing, and the moderately hot taste comes from finest ground red paprika and pepper.
Kulenova seka is smoked on natural smoke and ages in controlled conditions to reach a weight of approximately 600 grams and is then packaged in a bag to preserve its freshness and taste.
