Goldberg White’s deep golden colour and perceptible density are indicative of its complexity, fully revealed after leaving it to breathe for a while. When it opens up fully, the Goldberg White diffuses a bouquet of ripened apples and apricots and candied fruit, followed by mild vanilla and caramel in the finish. This harmonic composition of premium graševina and Auslese graševina and chardonnay has a mildly sweet, warm, soft, full-bodied and perfectly balanced flavour. The finish is very long and conveys the complete aroma profile on the nose.
