Quality Graševina works well with freshwater fish, small sea fish like anchovy, sand smelt, sardine or picarel and with mussels. It is also a great match with pasta and white sauces, chicken and turkey. In spring it is certainly worth trying with asparagus and young peas and in summer with zucchini, egg-plant and pasta with briefly cooked or fresh tomato sauces.
For two years in a row Belje’s Quality Graševina won silver medals at major international competitions (silver at Mundus Vini for the 2017 harvest after Decanter’s silver medal for the 2016 harvest), in witness of the unique value for money on the Croatian wine market.
Local media have regularly listed Belje’s Quality Graševina among the best wines in its price category.
