Like Merlot, Quality Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a sparkling, yet deep ruby color. On the nose it is dominated by cherry and black berries while the mouthfeel features freshness, supple tannins and the rich, slighly elusive sense of strength typical of a good Cabernet Sauvignon. The Quality Cabernet Sauvignon bears witness to Baranya and the Danube Basin being the perfect terroir for various red wines, particularly those well known in the most affordable pricing categories that regularly achieve high quality.
Venison prepared in a simpler way, roast sausages, but most of all premium grilled dishes are the ideal partner for this wine. Pljeskavica (burger) and čevapčići contain sufficient smoke and inner fat to work well with the tannins and acids from our Quality Cabernet.
