Belje’s Rosé is loaded with scents of strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate and rose, which differentiates it from most of the other rosés on the Croatian market. Its semi-dry character rounds it off in a manner that works great with various gastronomic genres and highlights this wine’s luxurious fruity and floral aromas.
This type of rosé works well with pizza, as its light sweet note communicates well with the acidity of tomato. It suits burgers as well, because its fruity character matches various BBQ sauces. This wine can also be served with moderately sweetened fruit cakes like apple or cherry strudel. However, our suggestion is to taste it on its own, at the beach or by the pool or on a terrace overlooking the sea.
