TERMS OF SALE AND CANCELLATION
The Terms of Sale and Cancellation apply to the sale, reservation and cancellation of tourist services offered by Belje.
Upon making an ONLINE reservation via the reservation system of the website shop.belje.hr or an OFFLINE reservation, the Buyer is expected to immediately pay the full amount of the reservation. Once the Buyer proceeds to checkout and clicks “pay now,” they will receive a confirmation email. Payments through the ONLINE reservation system may only be made by credit card (Monri WSPay). If the Buyer wishes to pay via bank transfer, they should contact Belje directly at turizam@belje.hr. All payments will be made in the official currency of the Republic of Croatia. The amount charged to the Buyer’s foreign credit card account is converted into foreign currency based on the exchange rate of the credit card association.
The sale and tasting of alcoholic beverages are prohibited for persons under the age of 18. Each visitor is required to present an identification document proving their legal age upon request of Belje’s staff.
Belje is authorised to reschedule an activity in the event of extreme weather conditions or extraordinary circumstances that could not have been foreseen or avoided. The activity will then be scheduled for one or two days before or after the originally booked date. If rescheduling is not possible, payments will be fully refunded.
The Buyer may make a reservation for tourist services via shop.belje.hr by first checking the price and availability, and then submitting the reservation form and paying the full amount for the selected tourist services. The reservation is not confirmed until Belje receives the reservation form and the full payment, at which point Belje will send an electronic confirmation of the reservation and received payment to the Buyer’s email. Payments can be made via bank transfer or online by credit card.
Belje reserves the right to cancel the reserved tourist services due to reasons beyond the control of the tourist service provider. In such cases, a full refund of the paid amount will be made, and Belje will not be liable for any other consequences/loss incurred by the Buyer. Any compensation and refund of the paid amount are strictly limited to the amounts that have been paid.
If the Buyer has to cancel a reserved tour, all cancellations must be sent in writing to the following email address: turizam@belje.hr. The date of the written cancellation will serve as the basis for determining the cancellation fees. In accordance with the conditions below, the Buyer will receive a refund (percentage of the total travel package price) as follows:
If visitors are dissatisfied with any aspect of Belje’s tourist services, they may submit a written, reasoned complaint within 8 days to:

– Email address: marketing@belje.hr.
Belje will thoroughly review the submitted complaint and provide a written response as soon as possible, but no later than within 15 days. If the parties fail to resolve the dispute amicably, the competent court will be the court of subject-matter jurisdiction in Osijek.
Belje undertakes to protect the customers’ personal data by collecting only the necessary and basic customer/user data which it requires to fulfil its obligations. Belje informs customers about how the collected data are used and regularly provides them with the option to decide on the use of their data, including whether they want their name to be removed from marketing campaign lists. All customer/user data are strictly protected and are only accessible to employees who need the data to perform their tasks. All Belje employees and business partners are responsible for upholding the principle of privacy protection.
By checking the appropriate box or clicking the “I accept the General Terms and Conditions” button on the website, the user is deemed to consent to the collection, use, processing and transfer of personal data necessary for the use of the website, including but not limited to:
– Consent that Belje may, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, process the provided personal data for its own records and the provision of other services, creating a customer database, notifying about new products and services and service improvement, as well as that Belje may transfer such data to third parties for the purpose of provision of services, protecting the interests of Belje users and preventing potential misuse
– The need for better insight and understanding of individual user needs and requirements, as well as developing the highest possible quality of all services provided by Belje to ensure customer satisfaction
– The necessary provision of data to other parties for the fulfilment of the above purposes.
Belje will use the data exclusively to fulfil contractual obligations and to gain a better insight into and understanding of individual user needs, habits and requirements, as well as to further develop and improve service quality. Belje collects, processes and publishes data about users related to their use of the web shop without disclosing their identity and/or personal data that would enable their identification.
Belje will store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes specified in these General Terms and Conditions. After this period, the personal data will be destroyed, erased or anonymised in a manner that ensures that the security of personal data is maintained.
Belje will not disclose personal data to third parties, except to entities within its group.
Belje will ensure that personal data are stored in a secure location (including reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorised use, access, disclosure, copying or modification of personal data) accessible only to authorised persons.
If users have any questions regarding the use of personal data, they may contact Belje directly.
If users request the erasure of their personal data, Belje will remove such data. However, by doing so, users acknowledge that they will no longer have access to certain content on the website.
When providing personal data, the user guarantees that the data are complete, accurate and up to date.
Monri WSPay, as the processor of credit card authorisation and payment transactions, processes personal data as the processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No 2016/679 and the strict PCI DSS L1 security standards for data entry and transmission.
Monri WSPay uses the 256-bit SSL encryption certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol, which represent the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.
Personal data used for the purpose of authorisation and payment, as well as for the fulfilment of contractual obligations, are considered confidential.
For performance of the contract (authorisation and payment), the buyer’s following personal data are required:
Monri WSPay does not process or use these personal data for any purposes other than authorisation and payment for the purpose of contract performance.
Monri WSPay guarantees compliance with all requirements set by applicable personal data protection legislation for personal data processors and specifically ensures the implementation of all necessary technical, organisational and security measures, as confirmed by its PCI DSS L1 certification.
shop.belje.hr (point of sale) uses Monri WSPay for online payments.
