Just like many other Pinots, Belje’s Quality Pinot Noir is a wine suiting baked fish: from catfish and carp through precious zander – much appreciated in the Danube Basin – to salmon, yellowtail, tuna and dentex. Besides fish, Belje’s quality Pinot is recommended with grilled veal, large veal roasts but also with kulen and bacon, its acidity nicely cutting through the cured meat fats.
